Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Who we are
Reframe Her is owned and operated by Terry Beamer ("Reframe Her", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Terry Beamer regarding your use of the Reframe Her website, applications, and services (together, the "Service").
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization; otherwise, you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
3. What the Service does
Reframe Her is a self-reflection and mindset coaching tool. You enter a thought, and the Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest a reframed perspective, a coaching insight, and a personalized affirmation. The Service may also include a private journal, daily affirmations, and weekly summaries.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- engage in fraud, spam, or harassment;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- interfere with the security of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping content at scale;
- generate content that is illegal, that promotes hate or violence, or that depicts non-consensual or deceptive imagery of real people (including deepfakes);
- attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the Service, or resell or redistribute access to it.
You are responsible for the thoughts and prompts you enter, for how you use the outputs the Service generates, and for verifying the accuracy of anything you rely on. You confirm you have the rights to any content you enter.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Reframe Her Pro is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription. Payments, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller Paddle. For those mechanics, please see Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. Our refund policy is described on our Refund Policy page.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, written content, and branding, is owned by Terry Beamer and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan, for your personal use. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
You keep ownership of the thoughts and journal entries you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely as needed to provide the Service to you. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your rights, contact us using the details below and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it. Repeated infringement may result in termination of the responsible account.
8. AI-generated content
Reframes, insights, and affirmations are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not a substitute for professional advice. The Service is for personal insight only and is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We may remove or restrict content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features from time to time.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Where practical, we will tell you why. When your access ends, you can export your journal content for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
13. Other terms
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business. If an event beyond our reasonable control prevents us from performing, we are excused while it lasts. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
